Your inbox already knows your week.

Appointments, invoices, parcels, contacts and promises are already sitting in your messages, buried in plain text. Textly recognises them and lifts them out, so your inbox stops being an archive and starts being a plan.

Five things it recognises

The admin was always in there.

Nobody chooses to keep their calendar in a text message from a dental practice. It just ends up there, and then you forget it. These five patterns cover most of what actually gets lost.

Appointments

Confirmation texts from practices, garages, restaurants and salons carry a date, a time and an address in a format no calendar ever reads.

"Reminder: your appt at Northside Dental, Thu 2.30pm, 8 Market St."

→ Dentist · Thursday 14:30 · 8 Market Street. One tap into your calendar, location included.

Invoices & due dates

Payment reminders arrive across channels and are read once, then buried. Textly collects the amount, the creditor and the deadline in one place, before the late fee.

Parcels

Delivery windows and tracking numbers come from the carrier's own message. No second app, no copying a 20-digit code into a website.

Contacts

"This is my new number" and shared business cards become a contact suggestion instead of a message you will have to search for in eight months.

Promises you made

The most expensive item in any inbox is the sentence "I'll send it tonight." Textly notices commitments you made and keeps them visible until they are done.

It watches your own outgoing messages for this, which is only possible because the reading happens on your device.

And they arrive in order

Everything recognised lands in one view sorted by when it actually matters: today's parcel above Friday's invoice above next month's appointment.

It is the closest thing to a to-do list you never had to write.

Control

Recognised, not decided.

Textly surfaces things. It does not act on your behalf, book anything, pay anything or send anything. Every extracted item is a suggestion with the original message one tap away.

  • Always traceable. Every card links back to the exact message it came from.
  • Editable. A misread time or amount is corrected in place, on your device.
  • Dismissible. Not useful? Remove it, and Textly stops surfacing that pattern for that sender.
  • Optional. Turn extraction off entirely under Settings → Intelligence.
Nothing is indexed in a cloud, because there is no cloud
Check anything that matters. Automated recognition can misread a date, an amount or a tracking number. Textly is an assistant for your admin, not a replacement for reading the message that carries a consequence.
